Bangladesh Film Institute (BFI) is a non-commercial organization dedicated to teach the art of cinema and film-making to the young aspiring film-makers of Bangladesh.

Internationally acclaimed film-maker Tanvir Mokammel and his professional film unit spend lot of their quality time to teach cinema to the young generation at the Bangladesh Film Institute (BFI) at a minimum cost.

The Bangladesh Film Institute (BFI) has been active since 2005 and so far six hundred students have passed out from the different courses conducted by BFI and are now active in the film, television and media sectors in Bangladesh.
